A sand miner breaking solid sand at Parongpong, Lembang, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, Tuesday (28/04/09). The increased number of illegal sand mining adding to the list of environmental damage at Bandung basin. Recording to Indonesia Science Institute research, Lembang are one of the highest earthquake potential in Java island.
